FCC Tokyo is a mobile application for the Franciscan Chapel Center in Roppongi, Tokyo. This policy describes how we handle your information.
Push notification tokens: If you enable notifications, we store your device token to send you updates about Mass schedule changes, parish events, and announcements. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings.
Language preference: We store your language choice (English or Japanese) locally on your device.
Donation information: Donations are processed securely through Square. We do not store your payment card details. Square's privacy policy governs payment processing.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, contacts, or browsing history. We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
The app may request audio permissions as part of the notification system. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio from your device.
Parish administrators may upload photos when posting daily messages. Regular users are not asked for photo access.
App preferences are stored locally on your device. Push notification tokens are stored on our server (Cloudflare) and can be removed by uninstalling the app or disabling notifications.
This app is intended for the general parish community. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
