Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app: More › Parish Account › Delete my account. No longer have the app? Do it here with the email address you signed up with.

What is deleted

• Your account: your name, email address and sign-in
• Your ministry memberships
• Any Mass places you asked for that the parish had not yet confirmed

What stays

• If the parish has you on a schedule, your name stays on it so the Mass is covered. Tell the parish office if you can no longer serve.
• Parish notifications on your phone, which work without an account. Turn them off in the app or the phone's settings.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You can sign up again at any time.
